Economic Factors were NOT a Factor According To Judge Mindy Walker who RULED Michael Allmain GUILTY and with No Affirmative Defense because he had not proven with a preponderance of Evidence that Economics was a Factor Or that He was Indigent.

 YET THE OFFICER NARRATIVE AND THE PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT SAID IT, AND THE JUDGE RULED MICHAEL INDIGENT AND GAVE HIM A PUBLIC ATTORNEY. WOW RIGHT CORRUPTION AT ITS FINEST. 

LETS LOOK AT THE OFFICER NARRATIVE FROM THE DAY OF THE  DOG PARK INCIDENT

On the Day that Officer Wendy Davis picked up Michael Allmain’s Dog Moses “at large”, November 23rd, 2020.  She puts on the Record that the reason Michael’s dog Moses is Suffering is due to being financially unable, another words indigent and no ability to pay. She worded it like this “Allmain and I discussed ways to provide veterinary care for Moses as Allmain is currently transient and unemployed and has limited resources.”

First of all how does the above report fit the narrative that Moses was abandoned, she knows Michael and talks all about knowing him, yet tells CVAR that per the abandonment statute they can have his dog? 

Secondly and WOW, she clearly says in the narrative above that Michael Allmain’s dog has issues because of Economic Factors. Yet Michael Allmain got a GUILTY Verdict because Judge Mindy Walker said there was no preponderance of Evidence that Michael Allmain was Indigent, or that Economic Factors was an Issue. And Judge Walker said she had no information as to if Michael was employed, yet the arresting report clearly says it all.  We saw Prosecuting Attorney James Kennedy adamant about there being NO ECONOMIC FACTOR, yet the arresting report officer said that was indeed a factor, and a big one.

December 2nd, 2020 Probable Cause Document Signed by Officer Wendy Davis, this post is about the CLEAR Connection to Proven Documented Economic Factors, right from the start.

Judge Mindy Walker, I Allege, Committed Fraud on the Court as she claimed that Michael Allmain was Guilty and that there was not a preponderance of Evidence in the case that Michael Allmain was Indigent, or that Economic Factors played a role whatsoever in Michael Allmains dog Moses’s health issues, yet the Probable Cause Statement dated 12-2-2020, signed by the arresting, charging officer, Wendy Davis clearly says the following:

“Allmain and I discussed ways to provide veterinary care for Moses as Allmain is currently transient and unemployed and has limited resources.”

Economics was a Factor All Along. And they all knew it, so Why Lie in a Court of Law to Give a 7 year old dog to a local non-profit? What's the real motive for going after Michael Allmain maliciously for 2.5 years?

Anyway, Judge Mindy Walker claimed there was no information as to employment or financial factors in the case that would allow him the affirmative defense clearly and legally available to him.

Why was THIS DOG, Moses, worth all these Co-Conspirators Careers? Assets? Alleged Crimes? What was so special to them about Moses? We know why Moses is massively important to his Alpha, his bestie Michael Allmain but why did all these “prominent people” risk everything for this ONE DOG?

The Initial Case Narrative became part of the “Probable Cause” statement. Judge Mindy Walker referred to this document throughout the case. The Document says the same thing as the Initial Case Narrative.

More Evidence of Premeditating a Lien for Future Forced Vet Bills. Another words, to STEAL MICHAELS DOG through Abuse of Process and Fraud on the Courts. 

After harassing, stalking, threatening, bullying, following, reporting Michael for years, and finally letting his dog loose. They used the Lien through Civil Court, to tie the hands of the Criminal Court as Moses was Evidence held by the City of Port Townsend at Center Valley Animal Rescue in Quilcene and  to hold Michael[s property over a year from November 23, 2020 as an animal at large up until October 22nds 2021 when they got Moses FINALLY for good through Jefferson County Superior Court and a Civil Lien finally executing on their crimes.
